As Jude’s has grown, so too has our ambition for the impact we can have in the world. We’ve spent time reflecting on what drives us, what we believe we can achieve together, and how we want to be remembered.
We’ve distilled this into one simple purpose:
We’re here to bring life.
To our communities, people and the planet.
At Jude’s, we care deeply about children and families, and we feel proud to play a small part in the work of some truly brilliant organisations.
Since 2025, we’ve partnered with The Royal Foundation’s Business Taskforce, helping put early childhood at the centre of a brighter future. As part of our work together, a portion of every Strawberries & Cream 100ml tub supports Home for Good and Safe Families UK, which goes towards children in care and the families who welcome them in. Alongside this, we continue to support our local community in and around Winchester, by donating to food banks and partnering with organisations such as Resurgo, The Sanctuary Foundation and the International Justice Mission.
We’ve now donated over £500,000 to social and environmental causes, a meaningful commitment for a business of our size, and one we plan to keep building on.
To craft brilliant ice cream, you need brilliant people. They’re our most important ingredient.
Jude’s has been a team effort from day one, built with family and friends. Over the years, we’ve developed our craft and grown an incredibly talented team of ice cream afficionados. We’re committed to creating a workplace that is fair, inclusive, diverse and flexible.
We prioritise safety above everything else, which is essential when operating in a dairy where we cook at high temperatures and freeze at very low temperatures every day.
In 2025, Jude’s was named BRC Site of the Year (EMEA), judged the best food manufacturing site across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We also hold BRC AA* accreditation, the highest possible standard for food safety and quality assurance.
We touch many communities through our operations and supply chain, and we want to ensure that life is better simply by doing business with Jude’s.
We do this through our Ethical Sourcing Programme, which covers our own operations, partners and suppliers. We work to internationally recognised standards, ensuring human rights are respected and ethical practices are upheld throughout.
We only work with suppliers who share our high standards, not just in quality and food safety, but in ethics too. Wherever possible, we source locally to support rural communities, including milk from Matterley Farm just four miles down the road, and mint from Summerdown.
Crafting ice cream is our passion, and we’re mindful of the impact everything we do has on the planet. That's why we are a certified B Corp.
We’re committed to continuous improvement, including:
Reducing our carbon intensity as we work towards a 43% reduction by 2030 (we’re already over halfway there)
Powering our dairy with renewable energy, including on-site solar
Reusing energy through innovative production processes
Supporting rewilding and tree planting initiatives
We believe great ice cream should tread lightly on the planet. Read our latest impact report here.
And to you, our brilliant customers, everything we do is to bring flavour, colour and joy into your lives. From creating mind-blowingly delicious scoops to delivering the best customer service.
We are committed to developing products that knock your socks off, such as our indulgent classic range, lower-sugar kid's products and a growing plant-based range (even ice cream for dogs!).
Whether Jude’s is found in a Michelin-starred kitchen, a seaside parlour or at home around the table, our goal is to bring you joy.
